# Make and publish games with Cursor (PlayDrop MCP connector)

Add PlayDrop to Cursor as an MCP server, sign in, then ask Cursor’s agent to make a game and publish it. You get a link anyone can play.

## Connect PlayDrop

In Cursor, open Customize → MCP and add PlayDrop, or add this to `.cursor/mcp.json` in your project (or `~/.cursor/mcp.json` for every project). Keep any servers already there.

```json
{ "mcpServers": { "playdrop": { "url": "https://mcp.playdrop.ai/mcp" } } }
```

Turn PlayDrop on and sign in when your browser opens. In Cursor Agent CLI, you can load the plugin to get PlayDrop’s publishing instructions too:

```sh
git clone https://github.com/playdrop-ai/playdrop-plugin.git
agent --plugin-dir ./playdrop-plugin
```

## Make and publish a game

Ask the agent: “Make a small game that works on phones, publish it on PlayDrop and give me the link.” It publishes the game and replies with its link. To update it, ask again in the same project: the game keeps its link.

## If something goes wrong

If the tools are missing, check that PlayDrop is on and sign in again. In Cursor Agent CLI, run `agent mcp enable playdrop`, then `agent mcp login playdrop`.
