# Troubleshoot PlayDrop Cloud creation and publishing

Resolve blocked creation tasks, unclear prompts, missing rewards, generation limits, and web-game import problems.

## I cannot start another generation

Check that you are signed in, your remaining weekly generations, and your running tasks. Basic allows 1 concurrent task, Plus 5, and Pro 10. Check game slots and storage too. If the weekly allowance is exhausted, wait for Friday's 17:00 New York reset or use an additional generation for 100 credits when enabled. See [plans](https://www.playdrop.ai/docs/plans).

## The generated game is not working as intended

Play the current version and reproduce the problem. In the creation conversation, state the device, what you did, what happened, and what should happen. Request one correction, then test again. If you want to preserve the art or other behavior, say so explicitly. [The Cloud guide](https://www.playdrop.ai/docs/cloud) includes prompt examples.

## A reward has not appeared

Open [Free credits](https://www.playdrop.ai/free-credits) and check whether the objective is completed, claimable, or already claimed. Most rewards are one-time. Referrals need an eligible invitation, PlayTrade requires 3 valid trades, and Play Challenge excludes your own plays and test accounts. A paid subscription can prevent claiming a temporary plan reward. Check [all conditions](https://www.playdrop.ai/docs/credits).

## An imported game fails to launch

Check that you selected a playable web export with its required files. For an external site, use an accessible HTTPS game URL and confirm your permission to register it. Follow the importer's reported error and launch check. See [upload and URL instructions](https://www.playdrop.ai/docs/publishing).

## A page and game use different languages

Interface language does not guarantee a translated game. Check the game's available listing translations and the language of its published gameplay. Not every game is localized into every supported PlayDrop language.
