About Duty Station
Build a service career one duty day at a time from a fictional military workstation. Pick the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force or Coast Guard, create your character, and start in a guided career, an experienced start or a sandbox.
Everything runs on shared records, so one change carries through the whole unit:
- Make your person: appearance, biography, family, traits and strengths, with realistic service and working uniforms, real rank insignia you can try on, and civilian portraits.
- Work the chain of command: real reviewers, acting appointments, clarifications and elevations.
- Run your job: maintenance, supply, incidents, flight schedules, personnel and more, each with its own workstation.
- Build the watchbill: qualifications, leave, rest and fairness, with an automatic first draft and supervisor review.
- Fix the record: compare systems, find the evidence, route the correction and keep a full action history.
- Lead a living unit: delegate with standards and deadlines, run meetings and briefs, manage budgets and policies, and watch coworkers reappear across assignments.
- Shape a career: five reputations, orders and turnover, special assignments, a career planner, and a personalized retirement summary.
- Live off duty: a personal phone, an illustrated town, and adults with their own jobs, weeks and boundaries. Type what you say and do; they answer for themselves, plans sit on one calendar with your duty days, and memories and who-knows-what stay consistent.
- Make it yours: five difficulty settings, automation, accessibility options and an optional scenario editor with import and export.
All people, units, IDs and forms are fictional. Ranks and uniforms follow the real services. Requirements and timelines are simplified.
