Little Sprouts: Nursery Manager

It's your first day as a nursery manager! Take the register, chase absences, answer staff and parent phone calls, reply to every email yourself, confirm meal numbers, sign off the daily medicine round, fill enrolment paperwork, run fire drills and manage a waitlist and staff rota. Some days come in calm, others get busy — and no two are ever the same as the clock ticks through a real nursery day.
