About Space Atlas
Pilot a spherical observatory in first person. Begin in Earth low orbit, practice in the tutorial, then launch into a 88-minute 40-second guided journey through 14 destinations: Earth, Moon, Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, a stellar nursery, the Milky Way and the distant universe.
Look around with mouse drag or arrow keys. WASD adjusts your observation position, E launches or scans, P pauses, and J opens the field journal. Five-second subtitles stop with the pause button. Press N or click Skip chapter to travel to the next celestial object with a short camera approach. You can also skip from Pause.
Earth uses a photographic surface and animated cloud layer. Planetary radius proportions and orbital altitude use kilometres; travel between destinations is an educational transition, not a full-scale solar-system simulation. Nebulae and galaxy views are illustrative. Desktop keyboard and mouse recommended.
