Backrooms Escape

Choose Atlas, Axel, Levi, or Pitcher and survive 43 Backrooms levels, from the Lobby to The Black Lake. Collect keycards, follow the Card Tracker, and reach each exit to unlock the next level. Use your survivor’s abilities, including Pitcher’s aimed Acid and Healthy Glass throws.

Desktop: WASD to move, mouse or arrow keys to look, Shift to sprint, and Esc to pause. Beheader uses Q to equip the axe and F to strike; Pitcher holds F or G, then releases to throw. R toggles the Card Tracker.

Mobile portrait & landscape: use the left stick to move, drag the right side to look, and use the separated survivor action controls. Keep an eye on stamina, sanity, and ability recharge. English and Spanish menu options are available. Pause → Settings now keeps view, graphics, and camera-effects preferences between reloads. Game owners can unlock every starting location from Developer access.
