Sonic Free Roam
@nl19Blast across an open 3D island at supersonic speed in a third-person free-roam speed platformer.
What you can do
- Run, jump and boost across rolling green hills, checkered cliffs, a neon city and a giant loop-de-loop.
- Hit dash pads, spring pads and kicker ramps to launch across the island.
- Collect gold rings and smash red badniks with a spin jump or a homing attack.
- Follow the glowing beams and the compass to find all 7 Chaos Emeralds.
- Find the red beacon and fight Dr. Eggman in his arena: dodge his fireballs and dives, and hit him 8 times with a spin or homing attack.
- Use checkpoint posts to save your spot; falling in the water sends you back.
Controls
- WASD / Arrow keys run
- Space jump, press again in the air to homing-attack or air dash
- Shift boost
- B homing attack, hold C then release for a spin dash, G spring jump, tap V repeatedly for a spin charge, N Super Sonic (after all 7 Chaos Emeralds; hold Space in the air to fly)
- Q / E or drag with the mouse to turn the camera
- R return to checkpoint, M mute
