Nebula Rail

Freight line 7 is a magnetic rail strung across open space, and the Hollowspine walks it behind you on eight jointed legs. The reactor feeds the wheels or the gun, never both: run DRIVE from behind the locomotive to open the gap, or swap to AIM in the cockpit to crew the turret while it closes. Its legs are the fight — shear one off at the knee and its whole gait breaks, so it can never make that speed up again. The sky is alive around you: shooting stars streak and burn out with a faint hiss as they tear past, the star field twinkles, and layered nebula clouds drift and breathe under a gentle drone and a slow, driving deep-space score. Salvage the deep field, upgrade the train, and tune the whole look of space from a 50-control graphics menu where render scale, shadows, sunlight and ambient fill, film tone-mapping, white balance, sharpening, bloom, halation, star density, shooting stars, nebula depth, and field of view all change live — or drop the whole scene into a photoreal look with the one-tap REALISTIC preset.
