Neon City Outlaw
@yyytogashiWalk the neon-soaked streets of a night city, jack a parked car, and outrun the police in this open-world action slice. Move with the left stick, and when you get close to a car an ON-SCREEN board button appears to carjack it. Drift through the grid city with punchy acceleration and a handbrake. Stealing cars, ramming police cruisers or hitting pedestrians raises your wanted stars, and patrol cars swarm in to chase you. Break their line of sight and the heat cools down. From the title screen pick Free Mode, the Delivery mission, or the Escape mission that starts you at 2 wanted stars. The game itself is played in Japanese.
