Pick a real public or private high school from any of Japan's 47 prefectures and serve as principal for three years. Days advance one at a time: classes follow your own timetable, tests run on the dates you set, and each club practices on its chosen days. Balance budgets, entrance-exam demand, university results, clubs and teacher workload.
