About Sparkdrift GP
An original arcade kart party racer for your browser: eight silly racers, eight tracks that fall apart mid-race, items that blow up the whole pack, and your friends on the same screen or online.
Wake a disaster, wreck the track
- Every track hides a disaster waiting for one careless kart. Hit the Chaos Bait and the race pauses for a short, skippable film: Blubbadub the sea monster bursts through Sunpeak Harbor's footbridge, a runaway ore train brings down Cinder Canyon's mine headframe, the Big Pour floods Caldera Foundry with molten metal.
- The track stays changed for the rest of the race, with new ramps and shortcuts. The culprit gets a rap sheet, so everyone knows who did it.
Chain-reaction chaos
- Items are physical: blasts launch karts, wheels and all, and one Seeker can set off a chain of explosions through the whole pack.
- Fuse Rocket, Rally Racket, Nitro Can, Switcheroo and Jelly Jacket, plus Goo Blobs, Bounce Orbs, Seekers, Shield Bubbles, Storm Clouds and the Crown Comet. Rivals line up their big shots on you.
- Tuck in behind a rival to fill your slipstream and slingshot past. Drift to charge cyan, gold and white-hot boosts, and tap Drift as you land a crash to Bounce Back.
Eight silly racers, eight silly vehicles
- Pip's Toolbox Rod, Nova's Moon Hopper, Bolt's Scrap Rattler, Mara's Breaker Board, Stomp's Big Stomper, Juno's Bass Booth, Grit's Gravel Chopper and Wren's Flapjet, each with its own handling, voice and crash gags.
- Garage: earn Sparks as you play and spend them on paint jobs, boost trails, horns and silly hats.
Party with friends
- 4 on one screen: split-screen for 2 to 4 players, a gamepad each or two players sharing one keyboard.
- Online: start a PlayDrop party, invite your friends and race with voice chat on. Up to 8 players, with AI racers filling every empty seat, or jump into a quick race with players online right now.
- Party Arena: Knockout Pit (shove your rivals off a floor that falls away) and Spark Heist (grab Sparks, bank them, spill them all when you get hit) in Cogspring Bowl, a giant wind-up toy.
