About Starfall Legend
The night the stars go dark, an upside-down palace tears open the sky and Sunao’s sister Hoshiyo walks into a doorway of light. All she leaves him is a fragment of her star, with her voice inside it. He wakes at dawn in Windbell Vale with one goal: reach the Skyglass observatory before sunset.
A hand-painted anime valley to explore. Tiled roofs and wind bells in the village of Amberstep, a river winding between sandbars and reeds, bamboo groves, flooded rice terraces, waterfalls, and the Skyglass shining on the ridge the whole way. Climb, wade, dive from Veil Falls and wander off the road: the vale hides fallen stars, Star Motes and secrets.
Fights that teach you as you play. The Duskdrops are cute violet blobs of living liquid, and they mean it. Read the wind-up, roll on the tell, lock on, and hold Attack for a charged strike that cracks a guard. Lessons come one at a time and wait for you, and the camera keeps every foe in view. Start with a wooden practice sword, earn a real blade and a shield, level up and spend glimmer on supplies.
A heartfelt story against the clock. Follow Hoshiyo’s hidden traces with the Lodestar, relight the seven stars of the Hare, help the people of Amberstep and face the masked warrior Kageboshi, who seems to know your name. Finish the chapter, then keep exploring the vale by night.
