Steamcipher

A steampunk rhythm typing game where the boiler drives the whole picture. Command words rise through a valve band and you type each one in time - hit the beat and a brass automaton cranks the relief valve, so a clean vent keeps the hall cool and steady. Let the needle climb and the render overheats: exposure blooms, reds saturate and a crimson vignette closes in while the wall lamps gutter and brown out as the boiler steals the power. Type in rhythm and the boiler holds; fall behind and the hall dies in a slow-motion chain reaction - the dial, the valve and the gear train shatter into real physics debris while the floor vent erupts into a geyser. The typing vocabulary remains in English; the interface follows your PlayDrop language. A physical keyboard is required.
