A top-down arena game where a companion buddy fights at your side. Earn power from enemies, spend it to level the buddy up, and unlock new buddy forms you can transform into. The player and their buddy can also fuse into one combined form for a short burst.
v1.2.0 - September 23, 2026 · PlayDrop License
Your buddy fights beside you from the very first second — and the stronger you get, the stronger you can make it.
Blast the creeps swarming the arena and they drop glowing power orbs that fly straight to you. That banked POWER is yours to spend: press F (or hit the FEED BUDDY button) to pour it into your companion. Feeding is gated — if you have not earned enough power yet, your buddy stays hungry and the game says so. Once you can afford it, your buddy visibly levels up: bigger, faster, hitting harder.
Every wave ends with a boss, and every boss you drop unlocks a brand new buddy form. Press 1-4 or click a roster slot to transform into that buddy — your shape, stats and attack all change on the spot, and the form you just left starts following you as your companion. Levels you fed stay with each form, so a well-fed buddy is still well-fed after you become it.
Press G (or hit the FUSE button) to fuse with your companion for 10 seconds. You and your buddy merge into one glowing fused hero — like Ember+Boulder — firing both forms' attacks at once with boosted damage, the faster speed of the two, and tougher armour. Fusing costs 60 POWER and needs a short recharge afterwards; if you can't fuse yet, the game tells you why. When the timer runs out, your buddy splits off and follows you again.
Pick your arena on the title screen before any chapter: Neon Grid is the classic open arena, Lava Rift scatters rocks that block movement and shots between pools of lava that burn your health, and Frost Garden has ice pillars to hide behind and slick ice patches that slow you and the creeps.
Start at Chapter 1 for the full climb from one lonely rookie, or jump into Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 to play with a stocked roster and banked power right away.
