Arrive in Harborline, a sprawling coastal city split between the Tidewater Syndicate, the Ashgrove Crew and the corporate security of Veyra Holdings.

• Walk, sprint, crouch and swim, or take any car on the street. Each of the 50 original vehicles has its own mass, power, grip and handling.
• Traffic stays in lanes, stops at signals and brakes for pedestrians. Residents follow daily schedules and react to what they see.
• Crimes are only reported when a witness calls them in. Police are dispatched from stations, chase you and search your last known position.
• Earn money from story missions, courier jobs and properties, then spend it on upgrades that change how your car handles.
• A day/night cycle and changing weather affect visibility and road grip.
