Aqua Pop Aero (アクアポップ・エアロ)

Pop glossy, light-drenched bubbles inside a crystal-clear aquarium.

Click any group of two or more connected bubbles of the same colour and the whole group bursts upward at once. The bigger the group, the steeper the reward (n x (n-1) points). Surviving bubbles fall into the gaps and empty columns slide left, so the board reshapes itself with every single move.

How to play

• Hover a bubble and its whole group lights up, with a glass tooltip showing the size and the points.
• Lone bubbles cannot be popped. The order you clear groups in is everything.
• Reach the goal score to clear the stage. If nothing is left to pop, you can jump straight back in.

Three stages

Stage 1 is a gentle 6x6, stage 2 an 8x8 with four colours, stage 3 an 8x9 with five. Every board is generated from a fixed seed, so the layout is identical on every visit and you can hunt for the perfect line.

A Frutiger Aero underwater world

The late-2000s optimism of technology-meets-nature is everywhere here: glossy glass panels, fat white specular highlights, surface caustics, shafts of sunlight, drifting tropical fish and swaying weeds. Everything is wet, bright and hopeful.

It is fully turn-based, so nothing moves until you do. Japanese and English are both available in-game.
