Troubleshoot PlayDrop Cloud creation and publishing
Resolve blocked creation tasks, unclear prompts, missing rewards or earnings, credit limits, and web-game import problems.
I cannot start another task
Check that you are signed in, your credit balance, and your running tasks. A task costs 100 to 1,000 credits depending on effort; the composer shows the price. Basic allows 1 concurrent task, Plus 5, and Pro 10. Check game slots and storage too. Without enough credits, the window that opens lists each Quests reward waiting for you, each with its own Claim, then lets you continue; you can also claim them in Quests, buy credits, get or upgrade a plan, or wait for your next credits. Failed tasks are refunded to the balances they used. See plans.
The generated game is not working as intended
Play the current version and reproduce the problem. In the creation conversation, state the device, what you did, what happened, and what should happen. Request one correction, then test again. If you want to preserve the art or other behavior, say so explicitly. The Cloud guide includes prompt examples.
A reward has not appeared
Open Quests and check whether the quest or reward is completed, claimable, or already claimed. Daily quests reset at 17:00 New York time and weekly quests every Friday at the same time; rewards completed before a reset stay claimable, but unclaimed daily credits are lost. A review (a thumbs up or down on a game that isn't yours) counts right away. Referrals need an eligible invitation, the PlayTrade reward requires 3 valid trades, and the Creator path excludes your own plays and test accounts. A public post counts once it is verified, for the week you shared it. Check all conditions.
My earnings have not been paid
Earnings from tips, purchases, and ads are paid out every Friday as earned credits only while you have a paid Plus or Pro subscription; Plus or Pro earned as a reward does not count. Until then they wait in Quests. Purchase and ad earnings expire after 5 weeks; tips never expire. Subscribing releases everything waiting at once. See earnings.
An imported game fails to launch
Check that you selected a playable web export with its required files. For an external site, use an accessible HTTPS game URL and confirm your permission to register it. Follow the importer's reported error and launch check. See upload and URL instructions.
A page and game use different languages
Interface language does not guarantee a translated game. Check the game's available listing translations and the language of its published gameplay. Not every game is localized into every supported PlayDrop language.
